District / Agency Refund Policy
OPEF event registration may be canceled by emailing karen@oregoneducatorfair.org for a full refund minus a $100 cancelation fee via the original method of payment if received by February 20, 2025. Cancelation notice received after February 20, 2025, will not be eligible for a refund.
If a District / Agency has purchased a booth and unable to attend or cancels after the refund eligibility period, they will still have access to OPEF’s candidate data base. In addition, their physical booth space will be reserved in the event a district is able to attend the event in-person.
